All your questions about our process!

  • We’ll review your application within 3 business days, and you’ll be notified if we’re progressing your application. Our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to arrange a phone interview, during which you’ll have the opportunity to tell us about your skills and experience and to learn more about the role that you’ve applied for.

  • Only if your role sits within our Development Team. We will, of course, give you as much notice and guidance as possible before your interview takes place.

  • You can find a wealth of company information on our website and LinkedIn page. We’ll also send you a helpful information pack prior to your interview, including details about individual departments and what to expect from the interview.

  • The first stage will be a phone interview with our Talent Acquisition team. Dependent upon the location of the role, you’ll be invited to attend a ‘TEAMS’ online interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a face-to-face interview in our Basingstoke office. If the role is ‘remotely’ based, all stages of the interview process will be held via TEAMS.
