  • What are the next steps following my application?

    We’ll review your application within 3 business days, and you’ll be notified if we’re progressing your application. Our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to arrange a phone interview, during which you’ll have the opportunity to tell us about your skills and experience and to learn more about the role that you’ve applied for.

  • Will I have to take technical tests?

    Only if your role sits within our Development Team. We will, of course, give you as much notice and guidance as possible before your interview takes place.

  • Where can I find information to prepare for my interview?

    You can find a wealth of company information on our website and LinkedIn page. We’ll also send you a helpful information pack prior to your interview, including details about individual departments and what to expect from the interview.

  • What are the stages of the recruitment process?

    The first stage will be a phone interview with our Talent Acquisition team. Dependent upon the location of the role, you’ll be invited to attend a ‘TEAMS’ online interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a face-to-face interview in our Basingstoke office. If the role is ‘remotely’ based, all stages of the interview process will be held via TEAMS.
